PVX-001 supplementary preclinical data

T-cell responses

In preclinical mouse studies of PVX-001, we observed antigen-specific CD8⁺ T-cell responses. IFN-γ is a signalling protein that responding T cells produce to coordinate immune responses – and is the standard correlate for measuring T-cell activation.

PVX-001 generated CD8⁺ T cells that produced IFN-γ in response to JN.1 target peptides. Responses increased with vaccine dose and were higher than the DMSO background control.

Antibody responses after refrigerated storage

In the PVXE170B stability study, PVX-001 material was stored at 4°C for up to 90 days before immunization. KP.2 IgG ELISA was performed on sera collected 21 days after immunization with the stored material.

The plot shows log₁₀ reciprocal endpoint titres after storage for 0, 7, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 days. Each point shows the mean ± SEM of six stored observations.
